Guy’s Towing & Service is seeking a dependable and motivated Diesel Technician to join our fast-paced, family-driven team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining medium- and heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and equipment in both shop and roadside environments, along with safely operating tow trucks as needed. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical experience, can work efficiently under pressure, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Job Description:
We are looking for someone that is skilled in mechanical repair and has some diagnostic skills. This position should be able to handle most mechanical repairs by themselves.
Diagnosing and repair of driveline and clutch systems
Engine diagnostics using OEM and aftermarket scan tool
Diagnosing and repair of diesel engines and related parts
Diagnosing and repair of all steer, drive and trailer axle wheel end components
Diagnosing and repair of all s-cam and disk brake components
Diagnosing and repair of all HVAC components
Diagnosing and repair of all suspension and steering systems
Installing and plumbing of pto and hydraulic systems
Performing wheel alignments
Rebuilding of suspension and axle components
Diagnosing and repair of chassis electrical systems
Shift Schedule:
- Full Time
- 40 hours per week
