Summary

We are looking for a hands-on 2nd Shift Diesel Repair Shop Supervisor to lead our evening shop operations. This position is responsible for supervising technicians, ensuring quality repairs, and keeping workflow efficient and safe.

Job Description:

2nd Shift Diesel Repair Shop Supervisor  (Kieler location)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support technicians on 2nd shift
• Assign and monitor repair work for efficiency and quality
• Provide troubleshooting and technical guidance
• Ensure safety procedures and shop standards are followed
• Communicate repair status and coordinate with management
• Educate and mentor less experienced techs

Qualifications:

• 5+ years diesel technician experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of heavy-duty truck repair and diagnostics
• Leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule: 2nd Shift (evening hours)

Monday-Thursday 1:30PM-12:00AM (4–10-hour days, Fridays are daytime and are optional for overtime)

Compensation: Competitive pay + benefits
