Summary

We are seeking to add a motivated and detail-oriented Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team at Trebron Custom Wreckers, a sister company of Guy’s Truck and Tractor Service. In this role, you will assist in the fabrication, repair, and assembly of custom tow truck components while learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative environment. Your work will contribute to the high-quality standards that define our products and services.

Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the fabrication of metal components using various welding techniques such as MIG and TIG
• Follow blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction and assembly
• Conduct routine inspections of welds and finished products to ensure adherence to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Collaborate with senior fabricators to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
• Participate in training opportunities to develop your welding skills and knowledge of fabrication techniques

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of welding techniques and safety procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND RELEVANT TECHNOLOGIES

• Basic knowledge of welding equipment including MIG and TIG welders
• Understanding of metallurgy and welding principles
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in fabrication
